BookMyCal
Terms
Last updated August 22, 2026
These terms apply to BookMyCal and its shared booking pages. By using them, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for scheduling you are authorized to arrange.
Requests and confirmations
Selecting a time and sending a request does not confirm a meeting. A meeting is confirmed only when the host accepts it or sends a clear confirmation. The host controls availability and may decline, change, or cancel a meeting.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and scheduling information.
- Do not send spam, impersonate another person, probe private links, or interfere with the service.
- Do not place confidential, regulated, unlawful, or harmful content in booking notes.
- Hosts must have authority to access the calendars they use with BookMyCal.
Third-party services
Apple Calendar, iCloud, CloudKit, Cloudflare, and network services operate under their own terms and availability. BookMyCal cannot guarantee their uptime or notification behavior.
Availability and liability
BookMyCal is provided as available, without a guarantee that a link, request, notification, or calendar operation will always work or arrive on time. Verify important meetings directly with the other participant. To the extent permitted by law, BookMyCal is not liable for missed meetings, lost opportunities, provider outages, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
Features or these terms may change. Material updates will be reflected by the date above. Access may be limited for abuse, security, legal, or operational reasons.
