Join the beta

Open the BookMyCal beta invitation on an iPhone running iOS 26 or later. Follow Apple’s steps to install TestFlight, then accept the invitation and install BookMyCal. The beta is free.

To report a problem, open BookMyCal in TestFlight and tap Send Beta Feedback, or use the email below. Include steps to reproduce it and omit private calendar details.

If you are booking

• A request is not a booking. Wait for the host to confirm or decline it.
• Link expired or no times appear: ask the person who shared the link for a new one.
• A time became unavailable: choose another time. Another guest claimed it first.
• The page says nothing was sent: the failure happened before delivery began. Try again or ask the host for a new link.
• Delivery could not be confirmed: the request may already be waiting for the host. Within nine minutes, retry with exactly the same name, email, time zone, note, and selected time. The tab preserves the encrypted request ID across a reload. Do not edit the details or open a second request.
• The safe retry window ended: ask the host whether the request arrived or choose another time. Do not create a duplicate for the same time just to test delivery.
• A time may remain unavailable: the service may have created its temporary claim before delivery could be confirmed. That claim may take up to 24 hours to expire.

If you host meetings

• Calendar permission is required to calculate conflicts and save confirmed events.
• A shared-link request can appear in Pending after the guest sees either a sent confirmation or an unconfirmed-delivery warning. Check Pending and the selected time before asking the guest to try again.
• If a shared link exposes the wrong information, open Shared Links, choose the affected link, tap Stop Accepting, and verify that it says Stopped. Retry that action if sync failed.
